with FTP
Working With FTP
You can use any FTP client (such as WS FTP or CuteFTP), to
connect to your FTP site.
To log in, use either your IP address or ftp.yourdomain.com,
username and password. When you login you will see a dir like
/username/yourdomain.com/www.
This is the directory/folder to upload to.
You can upload your database files to /username/yourdomain.com/db.
If when you login you see ony readme.txt and not the directories
decribed above, then change directory (ChgDir) to /your-username.
