Getting Started

  Once you have signed up for an account you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We then proceed to setup your account (generally setup within 24 hours).
Once the account is ready our technical support team will email you your welcome email which will contain information about your virtual server, login information and various other resources. If you should have any questions or comments please feel free to contact us.



New Domain Name Registration

  If you have registered your domain name through us, we will register the domain in your name and map it to our servers for you. It will normally take between 24 and 48 hours from the time of registration, before your domain becomes active on our servers.



Domain Name Transfer (DNS)

  If your domain is registered with another registrar we will email you details of the DNS Name Server changes to make. It is your responsibility to arrange the necessary changes needed for your domain to become active on our server system. We have no control over your domain, we will however give all possible help and information to assist you in the transfer process.



Publishing your files

  You can use the details provided to publish your pages while you are waiting for the registrar to update it's records. Please note, registrars can some times take up to 72 hours to update their databases (Standard internet Propogation time).
